CBS SWEET “Q” RUB

(HEAT 0-1) – CB’S SWEET “Q” RUB is our newest rub. We’ve been using this rub on our Pork Belly Burnt Ends since the start of this year, and so far, everyone loves it. It is also the seasoning for our smoked cream cheese!!

This rub does have a little salt in it but nothing overpowering. We combined the usual ingredients of BBQ and added tomato, red pepper brown sugar, black pepper and red bell pepper and some of our home-grown peppers to create a sweet and mild BBQ rub. Great as a first or final layer of flavor on just about everything, especially pork shoulder, ribs, chicken wings and pork chops

Comes in 2 sizes, Small shaker (appx 2oz) and Large squeeze bottle (appx 8oz)
