Our Beef Briskets are %100 USDA inspected and purchased locally.
We start by rubbing down the brisket with your choice of three different options; our Smoker Seasoning, our Swamp Seasoning or good old fashioned salt and pepper. Once they’re rubbed down, we let them stand in the fridge for about 8 hours then smoke them to perfection.
We offer the brisket in two options. Option one is “SLICED”. This option will be portions sliced from the flat of the brisket, which tends to be leaner.
Option two is “MIXED” This option will have portions sliced from the flat of the brisket and also cubed from the point of the brisket, which tends to be fattier.
Due to basic brisket anatomy, the point of the brisket is much smaller than the flat, so the ratio of meat from the point vs flat will not be equal.
