Our Smoked Pork Ribs are %100 USDA inspected pork. Choose either baby back ribs or St. louis style ribs. We purchase them locally, rub them down with your choice of rub, seasoning or good old fashioned salt and pepper and then slow smoke them to perfection!
At the end of the smoke some people like to put a finishing sauce on their ribs or reintroduce the rub/seasoning to them for extra flavor and a little bark. It’s all up to you!! If you prefer a little more heat I can fix you up! Just send me a text or include it in a message at the time of order.
