Our Beef Briskets are %100 USDA inspected and purchased locally.

We start by rubbing down the brisket with your choice of three different options; our Smoker Seasoning, our Swamp Seasoning or good old fashioned salt and pepper. Once they’re rubbed down, we let them stand in the fridge for about 2 hours then smoke them to perfection.

Brisket orders will be a mix of flat and point. Due to basic brisket anatomy, the point of the brisket is smaller than the flat, so the ratio of meat from the point vs flat will not be equal.

ALL SMOKED MEAT ORDERS REQUIRE 5 DAY ADVANCE ORDERING.. AND ARE ONLY AVAILABLE FOR FREE PICK UP OR LOCAL DELIVERY WITHIIN A 30 MILE RADIUS OF 46229 ($10 DELIVERY FEE)

    Perfectly tender. Not dry at all. Not too fatty. Excellent smoke ring and smokey taste. Easily the best brisket I’ve had and 100% competition quality.
