De Arbol Chilie Sauce

(HEAT 6-7) The “De Arbol Chile Sauce” is a Louisiana style hot sauce that utilizes the Chilie De Arbol chillie pepper. It has a deep earthy flavor with a medium heat. We smoke the De Arbol peppers and add smoked onions, garlic. Instead of the harsh white vinegar found in most Louisiana style hot sauces; we use red wine vinegar for a smoother sauce. Great on scrambled eggs, chicken wings…even pizza!
