CB’s Chicken Wieners

Our Chicken Wieners are one of my favorite recipes when it comes to hot dogs or wieners. We use fresh chicken thighs for this recipe for a more tender and juicer bite. I’ve not smoked any of these to date but I think it would only make them taste better!

We now offer our Dogs and Wieners in a few variations. Skinless or in (traditional) sheep casings. Cooked in the smoker for an extra depth of flavor or cooked or Sous Vide. Refrigerated or frozen.

Each Dog or Wiener order usually takes 3-5 days from order to completion; we don’t rush perfection!
