(HEAT 4-5) – This shaker has a lot going on AND it goes on a lot! We mix some savory herbs, dried vegetables and some mild peppers to make this blend awesome on pork loin, chicken wings, ribs or mix in oil and water for an injection to rock out your Thanksgiving turkeys!
We use this tasty seasoning blend in our new Smoked Swamp Sausage! So far its a big hit with customers that like our Mild Jalapeno Sausage. It has a great flavor and a tiny bit of zing. Soon Ill be trying it in a Crawfish Boil…its gonna be delicious!
