Kutas German Wieners

Our Kutas Wieners are my adaptation of a German recipe that I found in an old cook book from the 1950’s. They are a mild, great tasting wiener! We use beef and pork in these wieners and stuff them in traditional sheep casings…or we can do skinless for these too.

We now offer our Dogs and Wieners in a few variations. Skinless or in (traditional) sheep casings. Cooked in the smoker for an extra depth of flavor or cooked Sous Vide. Refrigerated or frozen.

Our Dogs, Wieners and Bratwurst are ONLY available for free pick up or local delivery within a 30 mile radius of 46229 ($10 delivery fee)

Each Dog or Wiener order usually takes 3-5 days from order to completion; we don’t rush perfection!
