(MIXED) Smoked Pulled Chicken

All of our meats are %100 USDA inspected and purchased locally.

We start by marinating your chicken with our blend of herbs and spices. Then we rub them down with your choice of three different options; our Smoker Seasoning, our Sweet “Q” Rub or good old-fashioned salt and pepper. Once they’re rubbed down, we let them stand in the fridge for about an hour then smoke them to perfection. When it’s cooled down a bit, we de bone and pull it apart for you to make some delicious sandwiches.
