The Stupor Chicken Sauce

(HEAT 10 plus) – The Stupor Chicken is great on anything but we created it especially for the chicken wing lovers. I use this as a finishing sauce the last 20 minutes of the cook on my wings. Everything in it is smoked before the final blending to give it an additional layer of flavor from smoking. It is a little sweet and really hot. We use several of our super-hot peppers including the Scorpion and Carolina reaper to complement our roasted tomatoes, garlic, onion and other spices.
