Smoked Fried Wings

Our Chicken wings are %100 USDA inspected and purchased locally.

We start by lightly seasoning our wings overnight in our no salt marinade then we smoke them to perfection. Once out of the smoker they are ready to eat plain, with seasoning OR we can flash fry them and then season them or sauce them if you like.

Our chicken wings are usually reserved for Smokin Saturday’s but if you leave us a message on the “contact us” page we can work something out.
