Mild Andouille Sausage

Our made to order fresh sausages are delicious! We start with %100 USDA inspected beef and pork then mix in our mild Cajun seasoning blend, stuff in natural casings and then smoke them over our hard wood blend of pellets. Great on a bun or in gumbo!

We now offer our sausage in several variations. In casings by the roll or linked up for a bun; fresh out of the smoker or frozen for later use. Or if you prefer, in bulk ready to cook and add to your favorite dish and fresh or frozen as well. Please select all options that you would like.

Each sausage order usually takes around 5-7 days from order to completion; we don’t rush perfection!

ALL OF OUR SAUSAGE(S) ARE AVAILABLE FOR PICK UP FOR FREE OR LOCAL DELIVERY WITH-IN A 30 MILE RADIUS OF 46229 WITH A $10 DELIVERY FEE.
