PIPI KAULA (WHOLE MEAT/ HEAT LEVEL 1-2)

(HEAT LEVEL 1-2) – The Pipi Kaula is our newest recipe that everyone can enjoy. It gets its sweetness from tropical flavors like pineapple, soy and brown sugar and just a tiny bit of heat from the cayenne pepper. This jerky is my version of a Hawaiian cowboy recipe that’s been around for hundreds of years; it means meat on a rope. My version is nothing like a rope, its tender and juicy and won’t last long once you open the bag so I suggest buying a few bags or purchase in larger quantities.
